Who we are

Royal Ocean Travel & Tourism Pvt Ltd, 3rd floor, Lavish Mall, Tariq Road, Karachi. We are a travel agency: air tickets, visa document help, hotels, transfers and tours.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us.

• In the enquiry form: your name and WhatsApp number (both required), and your email address if you add one.
• Your trip details: the destination, what you want us to arrange (for example tickets, visa, hotel), hotel standard, leaving and return dates, number of adults and children, whether you travel within 7 days, and any note you type.
• Your permission: a record that you ticked the box allowing us to contact you on WhatsApp about the enquiry, with the time we received it.
• The page you sent it from: its web address, for example royaloceantravel.com/destinations/uae/, without any extra codes on the end.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, call us, or reply to one of our emails: whatever you write to us, and your number or address.

We do not ask for passport details, card details or payment on this website. Please do not type them into the form or the note field.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, send you options and prices, and keep track of it until it is dealt with. If you then ask us to book, we use the details needed to make that booking. If you give an email address, we usually also email you your reference number so you can follow up (at most one such email per address per day). We also keep them as our own record of enquiries and bookings.

Where it is stored

Enquiries sent through the form are saved in a Google Sheets spreadsheet by a Google Apps Script. Google therefore processes and stores them, and may do so outside Pakistan. The sheet also keeps a log of each enquiry's status (for example new, quoted, completed) and notes our team adds. The spreadsheet is held in the developer's Google account for us, and only our team and that developer can open it.

When your enquiry arrives, the system can email a summary to our staff with your name, WhatsApp number, email if given, and request. If we switch on WhatsApp alerts, staff may also get a short WhatsApp message with your name, WhatsApp number and request.

While you fill in the form, your entries are kept in your own browser tab so they survive a refresh. After you send it, the tab keeps a copy of your receipt (your details and reference) for up to 6 hours so you can see it again. This stays on your device and is removed when you close the tab.

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools. Like most web hosts, our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and the pages requested) for security. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy rules.

Who sees it

Our team at Royal Ocean, and the developer who builds and maintains this website and enquiry system for us, who sees enquiries only to keep the system working. We do not sell your details. We pass on what is needed to arrange your trip only when you ask us to book it, for example your name to an airline or hotel. The services we use are Google (storage and email), WhatsApp, owned by Meta (messages, and staff alerts if switched on) and Hostinger (our web host, and the email host for our royaloceantravel.com address).

How long we keep it

After about a year, enquiries are moved out of the main list into an archive tab of the same spreadsheet; they are not deleted by this step. We do not yet delete archived enquiries on a fixed schedule. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask us (see Your choices below), subject to any booking, payment or visa records we must keep.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message us on WhatsApp (below) and say which enquiry reference or phone number it concerns. We may need to keep some records of a booking, payment or visa file even after you ask us to delete them. You can also stop us contacting you on WhatsApp by telling us so.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and its date.
